Registration Terms
- Each individual may open one account only.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
- Identity verification via mobile number is required.
- If a single person holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed.
- Any changes to your registered information must be reported to the platform immediately.
Password & Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own password and account.
- Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately.
- Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must engage with 1872 honestly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using another person's account or identity.
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Creating or operating an account using false information.
Involvement in any of the activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on 1872 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Terms
- Funds deposited into your account must come only from your own registered payment method.
- Deposits made using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits below the minimum required amount will not be processed.
Withdrawal Terms
- KYC (identity verification) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number.
- Specific conditions may need to be met before any bonus or promotional funds can be withdrawn.
- If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Account Suspended
1872 may temporarily suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- When investigation of suspicious transactions is required.
- KYC verification is incomplete.
- At the user's own request for a voluntary self-exclusion break.
- To protect your account during technical issues.
Account Permanently Closed
An account may be permanently closed in any of the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a serious breach of terms is found.
- If you are found to be involved in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- If evidence of multiple account usage is found.
- Upon the user's own request for permanent closure.
If there is a remaining balance before the account is closed and no rules have been violated, a withdrawal will be permitted. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
Limitation of Liability
1872 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred through use of the platform. Betting and gaming carry financial risk — each user is solely responsible for their own decisions. Liability for losses arising from technical faults or server issues on the platform is limited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1872 platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 1872. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content.
Third-Party Services
1872 uses third-party payment services (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket). These services have their own terms and conditions, and 1872 is not responsible for their operations. Any external links on the platform are the sole responsibility of the respective third parties.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any provision is found to be legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.
